1. Shipping costs

1.1. The ideal option must be a balance between speed and price, shipping costs are calculated taking into account the weight, size and distance of the package.
Standard Post home delivery VAT Included

  • National Spain and Portugal: € 6 from 2 to 3 days delivery, From 1 to 20 Kg 
  • Balearic Islands € 8 3 to 4 days delivery, 1 to 10 kg
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 18 3 to 4 days of delivery, From 1 to 15 Kg
  • Europe Flat Rate: € 16 from 3 to 4 days of delivery. From 1 to 10 Kg

Express mail home delivery VAT included

  • Nationals Spain 8 € 24 hours delivery. From 1 to 20 Kg
  • Balearic Islands: € 10 for 2 days delivery. From 1 to 15 Kg
  • Portugal: € 10 for 1 to 2 days of delivery. From 1 to 20 Kg

Free Non-island Shipping.

  • Shipping is free for all purchases over € 100 Spain and Portugal 
  • Shipping is free for all purchases over € 220 France
  • Free collection in showroom. 

 1.2. We reserve the right to modify these prices, according to the conditions in the shipping rates and contracts with our carriers, it will be applied to your order at the time of placing the order.

2. Shipping terms

2.1. The shipping date depends on when the amount due is received in our account. This usually occurs within 4 business days after receipt of payment, but it may take longer in peak hours. Orders by bank transfer (in advance) take at least 4 days before being shipped.

2.2. Sports Zona strives to ship products in the fastest time possible and in the order in which they are placed. Our goal is to deliver within 3 to 7 days if the product is in stock. Otherwise, it will take 10 to 15 business days to ask our suppliers. However, delivery times depend on the (local) delivery companies and Sports Zona is not responsible for delays caused by these companies.

2.3. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. If this confirmation is incorrect, or the product is not in stock, you have the option of canceling the order.

2.4. Part of Sports Zona's green policy is to reduce the number of attempts to deliver a package due to absence. For this reason, Sports Zone offers physical delivery points such as businesses or post offices as an option. The packages will be sent to these points if our user notifies it or due to delivery attempts or absence. "You should not spend your life waiting for packages. Look for them when it suits you best." We offer Locations very close to you open from Monday to Saturday and with very flexible hours, you will not have to rush, be sure that your package is safe.

2.5. Of course, the end customer always has the option of choosing the shipping method that best suits their needs.

2.6. If an order is returned to sports zone due to customer failure, i.e. an incorrect delivery address or not being able to accept the delivery, then the customer will have to pay the same shipping costs again for the order to be shipped again. .

2.7. Showroom delivery you can search free. For them you must select store pickup. You will be notified by email when your products are ready to be collected.
