1. Return and Refund

3.1. Please note that returning multiple sizes of an item affects the environment. Part of Sports Zona's ecological policy, all returns must be authorized first by our staff. Items returned without notice will not be accepted.

3.2. If you decide to return an item that you purchased on the web, you must notify us in advance within 15 days of delivery. By means of the following link, process Returns or send an email to devolucion@sportszona.com Subject of the Returns message, briefly explaining the reason for the return.

3.3. We only accept returns if we can resell the product like new, including the original packaging and labels. Clothing and equipment must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged. Belts, underwear and all kinds of body protections including mouthguards. They cannot be returned or exchanged for Hygienic reasons.

3.4. Custom items (Items with team/player names, numbers, logos etc.) items that have been specially ordered for the customer (Gloves, shoes, helmets, bats, pants/shorts etc) cannot be canceled or returned.

3.5. EvoShield products also cannot be returned once the sealed package has been opened.

3.6. Anything returned to SportsZona must be shipped in boxes with proper postage. No postage will be accepted.

3.7. If the reason for returning the product is the fault of SportsZona, for example, an incorrect item that has been shipped, shipping costs will be refunded by credit or payment.

3.8. If the reason for returning the product is the customer's fault, or an exchange, then the shipping costs must be paid in full by the customer. In the event of a change, SportsZona pays for resending.

3.9. SportsZona does not return money. Once the returned items arrive at our facilities, the items may be exchanged for other products in the store, or a credit can be granted in the customer's account for up to 21 days after notification of their purchase.

4. Authorization

After authorization:
4.1. The product must be returned to our address within 14 days after authorization and email notification by our staff.
4.2. The customer pays for shipping the item to SportsZona. SportsZona then pays shipping of the new item to the customer.
4.3. The SportsZona team will accompany you at all times in the process of your return.
