1. Return and Refund

1.1. Please note that returning multiple sizes of an item is environmentally friendly. Part of Sports Zona's ecological policy. All returns must be authorized, by our staff. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

1.2. If you decide to return an item that you purchased on the web, you must notify us in advance within 15 days of delivery. Using the following link process Return or by sending an email to devolucion@sportszona.com Message Subject Returns briefly explaining the reason for your return.

1.3. We only accept returns if we can resell the product as new, including the original packaging and labels. Clothing and equipment must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Belts, underwear and all kinds of body protections including mouth protection. They cannot be returned or exchanged for Hygienic reasons.

1.4. Personalized items (Items with team / player names, numbers, logos etc.) Items that have been ordered especially for the customer (Gloves, shoes, helmets, bats, pants / shorts, Uniforms, Caps etc) cannot be canceled nor return.

1.5. EvoShield products also cannot be returned once the sealed package has been opened.

1.6. Anything that is returned to Sports Zona must be sent in boxes with the correct postage. Postage-free shipments will not be accepted. 

1.7. If the reason for returning the product is the fault of Sports Zona, for example an incorrect item that has been sent, the shipping costs will be reimbursed through a credit or payment.

1.8. If the reason for the return of a product is due to a purchase error by the customer, then the shipping costs must be paid in full by the customer. In the case of a change, Sports Zona pays the forwarding.

1.9. Once the returned products arrive at our facilities. We will proceed with your refund. 

2. Authorization

After authorization: 

2.1. The product must be returned to our address within 14 days of authorization and email notification by our staff.  

2.2. The customer pays for the return of the item to Sports Zona and Sports Zona pays for the shipment of the item change to the customer. 

2.3. The Sports Zona team will accompany you at all times in the process of your return.
